The training took part in the mid 1950s.

To improve their cover, the men married Moslem women and produced families.

The men were then sent into Israeli Arab communities, posing as Jews.

The job of these sleeper agents was to spy on the Arabs.

Kaddafi's mother is Jewish, so Muammar Kaddafi is Jewish and it was known since 1970...

During a discussion on Israel Radio they just dropped this little tidbit. There is a Jew left in Libya. His name is Muammar Kaddafi. At first, I found it hard to believe, but when I Googled "Kaddafi's mother was Jewish" (without the quotes), the first three results all confirmed it. Kaddafi's mother was a Jewish woman who converted to Islam at the age of 9 or the daughter of a Jewish woman who left her husband for an Arab Sheikh. Those two narratives are not mutually exclusive. I kid you not...Muammar Kaddafi's mother was Jewish and his second wife is from the "Farkash" family.....

The article reports that an Israeli woman named Gita Boaron is claiming that her great-grandmother was Qaddafi's grandmother, which, according to both Judaic Law (as membership in the Am or People is transmitted maternally) and Israeli Law (the right of return regarding Jews and Israeli citizenship), makes Qaddafi eligible for Israeli citizenship. Oy vey indeed!

IF HE needs a refuge, Colonel Muammar Qaddafi might consider the Israeli town of Netanya. An Israeli family of Libyan origin has recently surfaced saying they are the colonel’s relatives and that he should think of making aliyah (the Jewish voyage of return) and claim Israeli citizenship as any Jew may do under Israeli law. Gita Boaron told Israeli television she shares a great-grandmother with the colonel. “She fled her Jewish husband for a Muslim sheikh,” she says. “Her daughter was the colonel’s mother, making him Jewish under rabbinic law.”

Some jokers suggest that Mrs Boaron’s family want a share of the gold the colonel is said to be carrying. But others say there may be a more solid claim. “Jews from Tripoli remember he attended a Jewish wedding in the 1960s, long before he became leader,” says Pedazur Benattia, founder of Or Shalom, a centre that promotes Libyan-Jewish culture in Israel.

In Netanya, a resort north of Tel Aviv, where many of the 100,000-odd Israeli Jews of Libyan origin have settled, a square has been called Qaddafi Plaza in anticipation of his arrival. “Whatever he’s done, Israel’s his home,” says Rachel, a widow sipping her macchiato, Libya’s beverage of choice, and nibbling abambara, a Libyan-Jewish pastry in one of the square’s Libyan-owned cafés. “After all, he’s a Jew.” With his curls, she says, he would fit into many a Libyan synagogue.

The colonel’s popularity is odd since he chased non-Muslims, Italian Catholics and Jews alike out of Libya and took their property. But Israel’s Libyan Jews say he has sought to atone for his youthful Arab radicalism. In the New York Times in 2009 the Great Leader noted that “Jews and Muslims are cousins descended from Abraham. The Jewish people,” he added understandingly, “want and deserve their homeland.”

Other family members are said to have kept up the tradition. Israeli tabloids make much of reports that Saif al-Islam, the colonel’s son and oft-presumed heir, used to date Orly Weinermann, a sometime scantily clad Israeli soap-opera actress. Quite a few of the colonel’s Libyan foes believe such gossip. Graffiti with Stars of David superimposed on swastikas have spattered the walls of Benghazi, the rebels’ eastern base. “Qaddafi Mossad agent,” reads one of the banners....

A year and a half ago, two Israeli women who claimed to be relatives of Kaddafi's were interviewed on Israel's Channel 2 television.
The older of the two interviewees, Guita Brown, claimed that she is Kaddafi’s second cousin: her grandmother was the sister of Gaddafi’s grandmother. The younger of the two women, Rachel Saada, Brown's granddaughter , explained in more detail: “The story goes that Kaddafi’s grandmother, a Jewess, was married to a Jewish man at first. But he treated her badly, so she ran away and married a Muslim sheikh. Their child was the mother of Kaddafi.” While Kaddafi’s grandmother converted to Islam when she married the sheikh, according to Jewish religious law (and common sense), she was ethnically still Jewish. And that makes Kaddafi's mother a Jewess. And if Kaddafi's mother is a Jewess, what does that make Kaddafi? A Jew....

That means Kaddafi is Jewish - he can even be counted in a minyan (quorum of Jews for prayer).

More to the point, Kaddafi is entitled to 'return' to Israel under the Law of Return. Given that he may soon be looking for political asylum and the usual candidates (the Saudis and the Europeans) are unlikely to take him, could he be looking to come to Israel?

    What is going on in Libya behind the blood a-flowin'? Just part of the sweeping revolution all made by the people? Our Mossad friends in Arab drag in the streets inciting it? How convenient that the US meant to do something about Libya in their nation-building and there is a leaderless Libya now and the US "pondering steps" to take...what is really going on there?     It looks as if a sand storm is in its peak now in the Middle East. How can all this be understood?

    I understand that Americans look at this whole storm from their perspective and more or less within the context of the debate that has been going on in the US for some time now. But the fact is that people in the region are not aware of these perspectives and debates.     This sand storm, like some other storms, blows away layers of sand to reveal skeletons of dead animals, useless rocks and sometime hidden treasures. What is it that we will find at the end of these breathtaking events that seem to take everyone by surprise, including some of those who protest everywhere in the region now?

    Any attempt to predict the outcome should first be based on understanding the reasons why all this is happening. It should, second, be limited to some general trends and predictions. Real life is green. Our words, plans, schemes and analysis are not. They are Grey. You can never predict the number of fragments of a bomb and where each will go. But, you can be sure that it will explode

    We probably should go back to the last sand storm which took the region also by surprise. That was the series of military coups which changed the face of the region during the 50s and 60s. Egypt was the first, followed by Syria, then Iraq, Yemen and Libya. Some countries like Syria and Iraq witnessed several coups. And some countries like Algeria and Sudan could be put in the same category at least from the perspective of this short analysis.

    Those events were in general the reflection of two intertwined factors. The first was the weakness of the old colonial empires after the Second World War. The colonized peoples felt that the time was ripe to rid their countries of foreign occupation. But the departure of the colonial powers left a political vacuum. This vacuum was filled by the one institution that was armed and relatively organized. The military.

    This was not inevitable. The military could have worked in stabilizing these countries then giving power back to the civilians. But the reasons why it happened the way it did was a combination of several factors. One of them is what is called “the oriental mode of governance.” This is not some “genetic” or Semitic issue. We saw have seen the same thing in many other places. But it is not our issue now.

    Another factor was the interaction between the new juntas and the surrounding events. In Egypt for example, the business community flourished during the Second World War due to the decline of imports from England, the occupier, which saw its industrial base either destroyed or busy with military production. When the war was over, England refused to recognize this fact and rejected the calls for abrogating the 1936 treaty. Businesses and workers were hurt badly with the return of British products to the markets.

    Nasser was determined to end the British occupation. Egyptian “industrialists“ were also calling for a kind of agricultural reform to widen the consumer base and increase their purchasing power through a distribution of wealth in the biggest sector of that time, rural Egypt. The first law calling for redistributing agriculture land and imposing a cap on the maximum ownership of land ( 200 Feddens- that is 210 acres aprox) was introduced in 1948 under the royal government. Nasser did the same thing but simply by military decree which was then called a law.

    The “Free”officers of the junta found that they could fulfill the aspirations of the population through military decrees. They negotiated the departure of the Brits in 1954, and nationalized the Suez Canal in 1956. The population was happy and contented with their place in the receiving end of the equation. The military was contented with the free hand they got to run the country.

    The junta had a lot of capital by the end of the 50’s. The fees of the canal, the yield of the confiscated land which was not totally distributed and the income of the state. All of that created the idea of establishing the “public sector” which was soon to turn into the major economic sector in Egypt, hence to Nasser’s “Egyptian Socialism”.

    But the one factor that is meaningful to this analysis is that “democracy” was not an issue then. The population was happy with the way it was. No one thought of the basic freedoms which were also confiscated to create the elephant of the public sector. When Nasser died in 1970 the Egyptians offered him the biggest funeral in the history of mankind. Five million Egyptians followed his coffin in the streets of Cairo.

    The second part of this analysis will focus on the reasons why Nasser’s regime, which remained in power-in its political form- until the 25th of this January, had to collapse in order to pave the road toward a Second Egyptian Republic and to the second major shift in the Middle East in a century...

    The Qaddafi regime....

    The Qaddafi regime (we used to call it the Government of Libya) and several other Middle Eastern and North African states are in big trouble. Revolutionary hysteria is once again developing in the 24/7 cable news media. Dylan Ratigan clearly sees himself as either Tom Paine or Robespierre depending on the hour. A "guest" on his show just said that Mubarak, like the Qaddafi regime, ordered Egyptian Air Force aircraft to fire on the Cairo crowds. I do not know that this is true, but, clearly for the jacobins, truth means nothing.

    No one should be sorry to see Qaddafi the JEW..., and his Jewish Mafia go.... His sons will not go quietly and the likelihood of large scale bloodshed is pronounced. the country is a collage of variegated tribes, sects, military factions, etc. As the benighted Saif-al-Islam Qaddafi said yesterday, anything can happen now. A "spike" in prices on the spot oil market is inevitable and it may go very high if the flow from Libyan oil ports is interrupted for long.

    In the Gulf, I do not think that regime change in Bahrain or Kuwait is likely in spite of the designation of these governments by the media as "regimes." Saudi Arabia will intervene, if necessary, militarily to prevent that. The precedent for the Shia population of the Eastern Province would be much too beguiling for the Saudi "regime" to allow regime change to occur. In the event of such intervention the police troops of the Ministry of Interior (Prince Naif), and the Saudi National Guard (SANG-an all Sunni tribal Bedouin) force would be the instruments of choice. If that happens expect to see a lot of blood. Those Bedouins do not like Shia in the best of times.

    Yemen. Saleh will manage this to a successful conclusion....But, Syria is next....

    The Jacobin neocons are crowing in delight at the prospect of revolution. We will see how long that lasts....

    Gaddafi’s youngest son Khamis was reportedly bringing mercenaries from African countries to fight against anti-regime protestors. Identity cards from Guinea, Niger, Chad, Mauritania and Sudan were found on individuals wearing Libyan uniforms and killed in the eastern city of Benghazi and other locations.

    Is Muammar Qaddafi, the brutal and mercurial Libyan dictator, working with Israel's Mossad? The evidence suggests that he is. We need to remember that the Mossad works hand-in-hand with the Rothschild family, which controls global mining and oil production operations. Libya has the largest proven reserves of oil in Africa and exports about 1.5 million barrels per day and has important refineries that supply essential petroleum products to Europe.

    Let's look at the evidence that Qaddafi is working with the Rothschild family and their intelligence agency, the Mossad.

    First, Libya invested a reported $500 million into Allen Stanford's money laundering operation that was exposed two years ago this month to be a scam in which some $8 billion disappeared. Stanford's operation, based in Antigua and Houston, was one in which senior Mossadniks were both investors and recipients of investments from Allen Stanford. The Israeli venture capital funds which received millions of dollars from Stanford are all closely linked to the Mossad. Yair Shamir, the son of the infamous terrorist leader Yitzchak Shamir, was one of the investors in Stanford's "bank" in Antigua.


    Yair Shamir (inset), the son of the notorious Zionist terrorist Yitzchak Shamir, is chairman and managing partner of the     Catalyst Fund, a Mossad venture capital fund that received tens of millions of dollars from the Allen Stanford money-laundering operation. Shamir was also an investor in the Stanford bank.

    Qaddafi invested the $500 million in Stanford's operation three weeks before the fund collapsed owing investors some $8 billion. The Stanford bank was reportedly a Mossad money-laundering operation funded with illegal drug profits. Libya, however, has never made a claim for the lost $500 million. Why would Qaddafi invest half a billion dollars in a Mossad-linked scam and not ask for the money back?

    Secondly, there is the Rothschild connection to Qaddafi, through his son Saif. As the Daily Mail reported on February 24:

    The friendship of oddball financier Nat Rothschild, 39, scion of one of Europe’s most distinguished Jewish families, with Colonel Gaddafi’s epicene son, Saif, is remarkable. Colonel Gaddafi confiscated all Jewish property in Libya when he came to power. All debts to Jews were cancelled and emigration legally prohibited. But in 2004 – the year Tony Blair befriended the Libyan madman – Gaddafi said he would discuss compensating Jews stripped of their possessions. It’s said Saif – who hoped to succeed his father – was behind these moves. A sop to Nat Rothschild?

    Nat Rothschild works closely with the Qaddafi family.
    Then there is the fact that Tony Blair serves as an adviser to Muammar Qaddafi. But who is Blair serving? It is well known that Blair is a Zionist-controlled politician who has sacrificed hundreds of British lives in the criminal fraud known as the "War on Terror". The Daily Mail reported in July 2010 that Blair had secret talks with Qaddafi in Tripoli:

    Tony Blair was flown to Libya for secret talks with Colonel Gaddafi just days after denying he was an adviser to the dictator. Mr Blair was 'entertained as a brother', a senior Libyan government source has revealed. He told the Daily Mail that the former prime minister had offered Gaddafi, with whom he is on first-name terms, 'a great deal of invaluable advice'.

    Mr Blair is said to be on first-name terms with the Libyan dictator and was treated like a 'brother' on his visit, according to the Daily Mail (U.K.)...


    ...although Britain officially blamed Qaddafi for the terror bombing of Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie.
    Tony Blair is just one of the many Zionist-controlled politicians who have embraced the madman of Tripoli. Silvio Berlusconi of Italy, for example, who is very close to Qaddafi, was given the "Distinguished Statesman Award" by the Anti-Defamation League of the B'nai B'rith in September 2003. If Qaddafi were really the terrorist behind Pan Am 103, would Berlusconi and all these other Zionist-controlled western leaders be allowed to embrace him as a friend?
    Lastly, there is the claim made by Victor Ostrovsky in his books about the Mossad that Israeli agents based in Tripoli had sent messages that appeared to have been sent by Qaddafi's government. These counterfeit messages were picked up by American intelligence and were used to build their case against Libya. If Mossad was running such operations in Libya in the 1980s it is most likely that their penetration of Qaddafi's government only deepened in the 25 years since. The evidence strongly indicates that is the case.

    The revolt and bloodshed in Libya will certainly lead to the end of the 42-year-old regime of Col. Muammar al-Gaddafi and his thugs. There is very little television footage coming from Libya, but the BBC Newhour program (of February 20) had an excellent telephone interview with a young Libyan woman named Sarah, in Tripoli. This is a very powerful and moving interview that helps one understand what is really happening in Libya. The interview with "Sarah in Tripoli" begins shortly after minute 26 and 30 seconds into the program. One can use the time button and begin listening at 26:30.

    Welshman 'Tom Smith' has been working as the manager of a 'Farmco' wheat farm in Libya.

    Farmco is a joint initiative between the Libyan government and American companies.

    'Tom Smith' is thought to be an MI6 agent.

    One night recently, 'Tom Smith' met two Chinook helicopters which had brought seven SAS men, a mid-ranking spook, and lots of guns, ammunition and explosives.

    Smith and the new arrivals were arrested.

    At the farm, Smith's workers found a locked room containing maps and white-boards full of military statistics.

    Smith had previously worked with the British military in Basra in southern Iraq.
